Please HELP WITH YELLOW TEETH??????????????

ok so when i was young while my teeth were growing I used to take a lot of antibiotics since i was a sick child.





my teeth are yellow as anything...well not SUPER yellow but its pretty bad i must say





is it possible to use hydrogen peroxide or w/e to whiten them or i dont have a chance?





i dont feel like whitening/bleaching them since im a student and that is not..within my budget at all

i was gonna say the same about rubbing some baking soda on your teeth to whiten them, you can also rinse your mouth with hydrogen peroxide, ive heard strawberries can whiten your teeth as well if u cut them in half and rub them over your teeth but i dont know how effective that is, you can also get a whitening kit from walgreens like the crest white strips or a whitening gel. You could also go to a general dentist for a cleaning, my dentist charges only $25 for a cleaning, so do some hunting and find a dentist who does it for cheap.

Reply:you could but you should only do it for a week or so. hydrogen peroxide breaks barrier which protects your teeth, in order to whiten them. this, in turn, can lead to damaging your teeth. whitening teeth and harming teeth is a fine line, which is why when you use the strips, it is only for an allotted period of time (one to two weeks).





if you are going to do this, make sure while you%26#039;re doing it, use a toothpaste that has extra fluoride in it to help build up your teeth%26#039;s defenses and then continue using it when you%26#039;re done.
