I Have Yellow Teeth But Have Never Smoked?

As I have said in the title I have yellow teeth-but I have never smoked.

I was once told that people with yellow teeth-the actual teeth are stronger than someone with white teeth.

Any truth in this?

Thank you

Tooth discoloration has nothing to do with the strength of your teeth. It can be caused by neglect, vitamins taken as a baby, or just hereditary. Crest White strips worked on my daughters teeth that have always been very yellow. You should have a check up though! A good cleaning might be a place to start.
Reply:I don%26#039;t know yellow teeth being stronger.

I STRONGLY SUGGEST you contact your

dentist about this yellowing teeth you have.

You may have a serious problem.
Reply:no truth to that. you have plaque buildup and stains from drinking coffee or just being around smokers.

but having yellow teeth is not better. it%26#039;s worse. all the plaque getting up in your gums will cause gingivitus and you can get extremely sick.

You need to go to a dentist and start with some better brushing habits.

or if you do brush you need to bleach them.

goodluck
Reply:The only reasoning behind the %26quot;yellow teeth=stronger teeth%26quot; theory that I can think of is that sometimes, very white teeth are thin. They%26#039;re so white because they%26#039;re almost transparent. Teeth that very thick can be darker because light doesn%26#039;t pass through the tooth well.

You have plenty of answers for how to whiten them, but I hope this helped.
